Municipal Term Limits
We, the below-signed registered voters of the town of Randolph Massachusetts, hereby request that the Town Council Charter Subcommittee adopt the following Town Charter rules regarding term limits for municipal elected officials:
- At-Large Town Councilors shall be ineligible for re-election after serving three full terms as at-large Councilor.
- District Town Councilors shall be ineligible for re-election after serving three full terms as District Councilor.
- School Committee members shall be ineligible for re-election after serving three full terms on the School Committee.
- No person shall be eligible for election after serving 18 years or more in any elected municipal office.
