Rental manager: Co-founded and operated real estate partnership for apartment and house renovation and maintenance, including tenant relations and finance management at rental units in NH, MA, and NY. Designed and constructed bridges, gardens, and living spaces.

KesselSoft Wares International, Waltham, MA

System Analyst and Programming Consultant: Founded and operated computer software consulting firm with clients in 7 states and 6 countries. Designed software systems, wrote documentation, trained users. Applications included accounting, purchasing, managerial information, scheduling, & academic analysis.

1988 to 1994
NEC Corporation, Tokyo, Japan

Management Software Consultant: Designed and implemented international procurement/export system for NEC's International Purchasing Division, including satellite communication system between Tokyo headquarters and offices in Boston, San Jose, London, Hong Kong, Taipei, and Singapore. Installed software, trained users, and established maintenance procedures at each regional office.

Private Tutor: Instructed individual students at high school and undergraduate college level in mathematics, chemistry, biology, and SAT preparation.
